What areas do you serve?

We serve all of the Greater Columbus area, including suburbs and neighboring towns.
Is vending machine placement really free?

Yes! Placement is 100% free for qualified locations. We also offer revenue-sharing for contract-based placements.
What qualifies as a suitable location for a vending machine?

A qualified location is typically an indoor space that’s reasonably secure, accessible to Columbus Snack Co. staff during normal service hours, and has an estimated daily foot traffic of at least 50 people. That said, we’re flexible—if your location makes sense and has some consistent activity, we’re happy to consider it.
Do you require a contract?

No contracts are required for standard placements. Contract terms are available for revenue-sharing agreements.
How often do you restock the machines?

Restocking depends on traffic and sales volume. Most locations are serviced at least once per week.
Can I request specific products?

Yes! We welcome product suggestions and can customize your selection based on location and demand.
What payment options are available?

All machines accept cash, credit/debit cards, mobile wallets, and contactless payments.
How do refunds work?

Refunds can be requested online or by phone. We issue refunds via Venmo, CashApp, Zelle, or cash for select locations.
What does the leasing program include?

Leasing includes machine placement, maintenance, consulting, and handling of payments if needed. You manage inventory and stocking, set your own prices suitable for your location, and keep all revenue after the lease fee. We provide support to help you choose the right products and ensure smooth operations.
